The new Disney On Ice presents Find Your Hero features a magical medley of classic and modern Disney tales for fans of any age. From Moana to Encanto to Frozen, little ones and Disney adults will enjoy seeing all of their favorite characters take to the ice. Disney On Ice is a great way to experience your favorite Disney films up close and personal, and each interpretation is truly a breathtaking experience. 

What's the new show, Disney On Ice presents Find Your Hero, about?

Disney On Ice presents Find Your Hero is about finding the hero inside of all of us! This new ice show is an uplifting experience for all children and Disney adults to enjoy. This family friendly show showcases songs, ice dancing, acrobatics, sights, sounds, and even scents to entice all of our senses! If you're a Disney fan, this show is the perfect way to fuel your fandom. 

Disney On Ice presents Find Your Hero visits Belmont Park from January 4-7, 2024, and then off to Barclays Center from January 18–21, 2024. Tips: Dress in costume and bring a camera to capture the magic! This event requires a separate ticket to your Disney On Ice ticket, and it is 45 minutes before the show. Arrive early!

Which characters will we see at Disney On Ice presents Find Your Hero?

There are loads of characters featured during the show from Encanto to Frozen to Tangled, there is a little something for every Disney fan. 

Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy will take guests on a journey telling stories of heroism throughout the Disney Kingdoms. Fans of Encanto will get to join Mirabel as she saves her family's Casita. More members of the family Madrigal will be there to show off their magical talents. Fans of our family favorite, Moana, will be able to see how far she will go to prove her heroics. Moana is joined by our favorite demigod Maui as they embark on a quest to save her family's island. Everyone's favorite ice sisters, Anna and Elsa, are joined by lovable Olaf on their journey to save Arendelle. Go "Under the Sea" with Ariel as she searches for true love. Princess Rapunzel is getting tangled in her desires to be free and embarks on an exciting adventure. Finally, Belle from Beauty and the Beast tames the Beast, all while proving that we should never trust a book by its cover. 

Do you have any cost-saving tips to fully enjoy Disney On Ice presents Find Your Hero?

Yes! We try to enjoy as much as we can within our means. I am keeping it real, we are struggling like most American families right now, but I have found ways to maximize our experience by adding in budget-friendly and kid-friendly goodies. 

How to save on tickets to Disney On Ice presents Know Your Hero

First, let's save some money on tickets! There are no bad seats at any of the arenas. Getting upper seats are just as good as floor seats. The only real difference is the proximity to the ice rink. There are some moments when the characters come out to the audience, but those seats get purchased very quickly. To save a lot of cash,  Ticketmaster offers "3 + Me Offer," where tickets start at just $27.25! For example, if you wanted to purchased the UBS Arena show for January 4, 2024, a whole family of four can see the show for $120, and that is inclusive of fees. The section is 106, which is just one floor up from the first level. 

Many of the souvenirs are expensive, but some souvenirs are worth the cost!

There are souvenir cups that are already filled with yummy and sweet snow cones! This is something I have splurged on because it was a treat with a souvenir cup. Side note, I still have my souvenir cup from the Disney On Ice Beauty and the Beast show from 1995, just sayin'!

To save a lot of money, I would recommend bringing your own light-ups, blasters, and/or bubble blowers. Here are some of my favorites from Amazon (affiliate links). 

This is a 2-pack of Frozen-inspired light-ups. Each one requires 2 AAA batteries that are not included. 

This 2-pack of bubble wands is perfect for the Disney Princess! It comes with four bottles of bubbles. Each bubble wand requires 4 AA batteries, and you will need a screwdriver to install the batteries. Set up the wands before you go to the arena to watch the show. 

This light-up Princess superhero cape is perfect to glow with the stars for Disney On Ice presents Find Your Hero!

Check out this Encanto-inspired light-up dress! The reviews are very good on this dress -- the pros are that the price is right, it's comfortable and not scratchy. The only con is that it does not include the 3 AA batteries. 

Bubble Wands by the company Little Kids are great for Disney On Ice and even for summer fun! Check out the character bubble wands that they have to offer. All of the bubble wands by Little Kids require 3 AAA batteries that are not included. Be sure to install batteries and bubble solution before you arrive to the arena.
