Video and Toy Review: NEW! Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 Elastigirl Talking Action Figure Stretchy Arms by Thinkway Toys

HOORAY! We now have Mrs. Incredible aka Elastigirl added to our Thinkway Toys collection! She is just so awesome. I found her at Toys R Us for $29.69! Elastigirl is the matriarch of the Incredibles crew/Parr Family. She is my favorite Disney Pixar mom! LOVE HER!

Elastigirl not only says over 30 unique phrases, she also communicates with the rest of the Parr family when they are all connected, she’s posable, and she stretches! That’s right! Her arms stretch super far!

Thinkway Toys created this amazing line of Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 dolls that can interact with one another. You can get Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack.

I tested how far the dolls will be able to talk with one another, and I am super happy to report that they do communicate with each other at a very far distance of about 16-20 feet. Yes, it’s long in distance at all, but it’s pretty long for two toys to “talk” to each other. However, I tested again while editing our video, and I found that unless they are talking to each other already, they will not be able to communicate that far away. I had to place them together again, press their IR Talk buttons one time each, and then I continued with my distance experiment. It worked.

Elastigirl comes with his own sturdy, clear stand. The stand can connect to the other members of the Parr family. There are special sensors inside the dolls that “connect” to the other dolls, so they can “talk” to each other.

Overall, the quality is fantastic, and perfect for a toy collector or any little Disney Pixar fan! I purchased Elastigirl at Toys R Us, so if you are wanting to keep the box, note that the barcode will be crossed out. Thankfully, they didn’t cross hers out. I am a little bummed because I scratched off some paint as I was removing her from the box.

Will you be getting the whole line of Thinkway Toys when they all hit the shelves? I loved how they communicated when I got to view them at New York Toy Fair 2018, and I personally feel they should anchor your Disney Pixar collection!

Video and Toys Review: NEW! Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 Toys R Us Exclusive Full Set Posable Dol...

We have more Jakks Pacific Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 toys to add to our vast collection! We unboxed the Mr. Incredibles and Jack Jack posable dolls, three die-cast vehicles, and we admired the Toys R Us Exclusive Classic Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl gift set.

In addition to toys we unboxed. we also looked back on the first Jakks Pacific Incredibles 2 dolls that we unboxed in case you missed our videos.

Jakks Pacific rolled out a huge line of Disney Pixar’s The Incredibles 2 toys for spring 2018, and they are all amazing toys!

Jakks Pacific’s The Incredibles 2 line is vast in size from prei-schooler figures to large interactive toys, Jakks Pacific has you covered for your The Incredibles 2 toy needs! We have Elastigirl, Edna, and Violet posable dolls to unbox for you. We are missing one doll, Mr. Incredible and Jack-Jack. I did not see a Dash doll, but I am sure they have something for you in the posable range.

The Jakks Pacific posable dolls are also available! Check out our videos and blog for more information on all of the latest toys featuring The Incredibles!

The dolls are $16.99 each, and I purchased these from a Toys R Us that is closing near us, so I got them for 10% off.  The Gift Sets are $29.99. Jakks Pacific makes quality products, so they really left stone unturned with the looks and play of these dolls. Edna Mode, for example, is wearing  The Incredibles logo underoos! How cute is that?! Edna is a short little thing, and inside her box she even has a cardboard pedestal. Jakks is always adding in those funny touches to their products and packaging that I truly appreciate!

Elastigirl, Violet, and Mr. Incredible have removable masks, and the masks have a removable adhesive at the back, so when it sticks to the doll’s face, you can easily remove the mask without leaving any residue. I am not sure if they will have street clothes for them, which I think would be a nice touch! They are not the typical doll size (11.5”), so you won’t be able to put a Barbie outfit on Elastigirl, you may be able to on Violet.

Elastigirl cannot stretch her arms, but she is very flexible! The way these dolls can move is action packed, and will make for some great stop motion videos! I’m already envisioning it now, which is why I’m off in a dash to search for more The Incredibles 2 dolls!

Video and Toy Review: MAZE-O MAZE MAKER STEM TOYS REVIEW! LOL SURPRISE LIL SISTERS, CARS RACE ...

Immerse yourselves in Maze-O, the might maze maker that will keep you busy and lost for hours! Maze-O is the clever idea from one Minnesota family where their son would create his own mazes from his toys. The idea is Maze-O a puzzle of plastic jigsaw pieces that fit together perfectly to create the most epic mazes! My son is four years old, and he took to this toy immediately by creating his own winding mazes alleys, and dead-ends. He incorporated his own toys within the maze by adding in his own toy cars, and even his new obsession LOL Surprise dolls.

Maze-O triggers a creativity that I have only encountered in my son when he plays with his blocks and LEGO bricks. Maze-O is very easy to keep clean, easy to store after play, and very versatile in that you can play with other toys with it. The recipient of four awards, Maze-O has already made its mark in the toy industry. STEM toys are so important, and facilitate fine motor skills, creative thinking, and will encourage more interest in exploring new ways to connect the maze pieces. My son loves to put together puzzles, and he plays with Maze-O the same way that he would a puzzle.

Create your own mazes, or get help from the Challenge Cards included with the starter kit. Each card also has a nifty tin bit of information, for example, one card is the hand sign for the word love in sign language. I found that to be such a nice touch.

The Maze-O Starter set includes 52 pieces of fun and educational value. You can purchase it on Amazon.com for under $30, and at local toy stores near you!

Video and Toy Review: Mr. Incredible Disney Pixar The Incredibles 2 Poseable Talking Action Figure Thinkway Toys

We now have Mr. Incredible, the one and only Bob Parr,  joining our collection of interactive Thinkway Toys for the new Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 toy line! Mr. Incredible is INCREDIBLE to say the least! Not only does he speak over 40 unique phrases, but he also communicates with the other members of the Parr family. That’s not all — it also is possible and three poses create special sounds when activated! Twist his waist, karate chop arm, or kick the enemy, and you’ll unique sounds for each pose!

Thinkway Toys created this amazing line of Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 dolls that can interact with one another. You can get Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack. Dash is super possible with his multiple articulation points. Turn his head from side to side, and twist and bend his legs, arms, and hands. Mr. Incredible’s body is made of sturdy plastic, and his superhero underwood are actually made of rubber.

I tested how far the dolls will be able to talk with one another, and I am super happy to report that they do communicate with each other at a very far distance of about 16-20 feet. Video and Toy Review: Have a blast with BUILD or BOOM by Goliath Games!

Build or Boom is an explosively fun game perfect for the pre-schoolers in your life, and adults, too! Be the fastest to build your structure before your opponent, or your block tower is going down! With an innovative way to play, and no batteries required, your family game nights will be action packed!

To play the game, each player is given a platform where they will build their tower. The opponent has control of the dynamite connected to the other player’s platform! Pull a blueprint card and be the first to stack the blocks just like the card! The first player to finish stacking the blocks first can knock down their opponent’s stack with the dynamite! Watch the stack of blocks tumble down in all their explosive glory! There are three different levels of difficulty represented on each card in the form of hammers, one hammer is easy to three hammers being the hardest.

Build or Boom is really so much fun! The game moves so fast, and the first player to reach 10 points (10 booms!) wins! There are no batteries to install, no fussy directions, or fighting to see who goes first. You unbox the game, set it up, and start playing! We made the game even more interesting by adding some prizes at the end.

Analytical skills, STEM skills, good sportsmanship will be strengthened, and the fun levels will rise higher than the blocks that are built on the blueprint cards! My four year old son didn’t even realize he was strengthening his skills while playing this game, which is parenting toy gold! The fun doesn’t have to stop there either! He even played with the blocks after we finished our game by stacking the blocks, and even knocked them down for fun!

The story behind Build or Boom started on Kickstarter, where the inventor, Tanner Yarro, took his idea to showcase it to potential backers. Build or Boom is dedicated to his late grandfather, and the construction worker in the game, Ralphie, is modeled after him and his construction worker background. I love a toy with a story, and this one just warmed by heart. My great grandfather was one of the construction workers who built the World Trade Center in the 1970’s, so reading Yarro’s, story made my heart go b-b-boom-boom!

You can find Build or Boom by Goliath Games at Walmart! It’s geared for ages four and up! I think it is the perfect addition to your family game night board game cache! Start stacking blocks, and build stronger family bonds and your fine motor skills!

Thank you Goliath Games for sending us Build or Boom to review! We are having a blast!

Video and Product Review: Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 DASH Talking Action Figure by Thinkway Toys Review!!

Yay! We now have Dash joining our collection of interactive Thinkway Toys for the new Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 toy line! Dash is the super fast, super awesome middle son from the incredible Parr family.

Dash’s body is made of sturdy plastic, and his superhero costume is actually kind of rubbery. Dash communicates with his family members when they are all together. So far, I have Jack-Jack for him to speak with it!

It worked.

Dash comes with his own sturdy, clear stand. The stand can connect to the other members of the Parr family. There are special sensors inside the dolls that “connect” to the other dolls, so they can “talk” to each other. I was only able to locate Jack-Jack for now, but once I find those other figures, I am getting them, because they are so cool!
Overall, the quality is fantastic, and perfect for a toy collector or any little Disney Pixar fan! I purchased Dash at Toys R Us, so if you are wanting to keep the box, note that the barcode will be crossed out. Jack-Jack was $32.99, and with the liquidation discount, he came out to $29.69.

Video and Product Review: MorfBoard Unboxing and Kids Review! Skate and Scoot! Prize from The Toy ...

We won a give way on Twitter from The Toy Insider that was sponsored by Jakks Pacific! The prize was the latest innovation by Jakks Pacific, the MorfBoard! What an awesome prize!! I watched the MorfBoard in action at New York Toy Fair 2018, and was so impressed! My skateboarding skills are less than zero, and I have never even used a scooter; I was a reader as a kid - not very active at all. However, once I started using the MorfBoard, I immediately felt I missed out on a lot, because scooting with the MorfBoard is so much fun!

The MORF board is so easy to put together! Once unboxed, you’ll be skating in less than three minutes, and scooting in less than five minutes! Honestly, it’s that simple!

To install the skate trucks to skate, place your skate trucks on to the deck and rotate each skate truck 90 degrees until you hear a click. Now, the skate trucks have to line up; it really reminds me of cams from IKEA! No joke! The skate trucks fit so snugly! There’s no adjusting needed, you just place, turn, click, and go! To unlock your skate trucks, pull the triangle button towards you, and as you’re pulling, turn each skate truck 90 degrees to screw them off. Done!

Go from skate to scoot in minutes. To transform your MorfBoard, you’ll need to add the rear and front scoot trucks, and the handle bar. Just like the skate trucks, the scoot trucks get installed by placing, turning them 90 degrees, and clicking the scoot trucks into place. Install your handle bar in the top of the front scoot truck (top of the MorfBoard). You can adjust your handle bar to conform to you or your kiddo’s height. To adjust the handle bar, unlock the pull tab, adjust the bar, and lock it back into place. If your pull tab lock is locked, and your handle bar still goes down, do not us it. Contact Customer Service. Otherwise, you’re good to go!

You can transform your MorfBoard in minutes or less! You are able to take your bouncing and balancing to the next level with the MorfBoard’s additional accessories, sold separately. Bounce with the two super bounce ball attachments, or enhance your balance with the balance roller and safety end blocks. The additional accessories allow you to use your MorfBoard indoors! Hopefully soon more accessories will be introduced, as well as more colors! I love the bright neon green, and know more colors would look even more cool! I think adding some fun decals or stickers too really will help personalized your MorfBoard.

I really think the balance accessory is great for kids! It’s a controlled activity because it’s indoors, and they’re working on their coordination. Balance and coordination is such an important skill, and with the heightened in technology a lot children are not really moving and strengthening these skills.

We had some fun with the MORFBOARD out of the box, and scooted and skated! We’re not Tony Hawk for crying out loud, but if you practice enough, you may get as good as him!

The MorfBoard is for ages eight and up, and retails for $99.99. The additional accessories are $39.99 each.

Do you have a MorfBoard? Which color and/or accessories you would like to see in the next line of MorfBoards? Let us know in the comments below!
